creat one txt file in folder 1 named 1.txt
go to run and type
fsutil hardlink create c:\2\2.txt c:\1\1.txt
create another folder in c derive named 2
creat one txt file in folder 1 named 1.txt
go to run and type
fsutil hardlink create c:\2\2.txt c:\1\1.txt
